Concurrent sessions on Windows Vista Ultimate

June 24th, 2007

I ran across a series of postings that detail how to enable Concurrent Sessions in Windows Vista.  It involved some DLL changes so not something for beginners.  I used this feature on XP SP2 previously and have been missing having it around on Vista.  Basically this allows you to have one user logged on physically as well as one user virtually at the same time.  Follow the links for more information.

This is an alternative to using WinConnect Server VS from ThinSoft.  ThinSoft’s tool is really for many more users at the same time and is rather pricy for what it does.
